Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

U.S. citizens do not need a business or tourist visa for a stay of less than 90 days.

» Spain Tourist Visa
  • Shengen visa application form filled out, print and signed
  • 3 photocopies of the application + original form
  • 4 recent photographs, one original picture per form
ALL DOCUMENTS LISTED BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED ORIGINALS AND TWO PHOTO COPIES:
  • Regular passport valid for at least 6 months with one blank page for the visa
  • Alien registration card or notarized copy of it, Valid visa, reentry permit or other valid document allowing return to the US
  • Proof of financial support for lenth of stay, minimum rate of $120/day (i.e. bank statement for the last 3 months)
  • Official itinerary for airplane ticket for the entire trip
  • Confirmed hotel reservations or written notarized invitation from legal resident in Spain or proof of housing
  • Valid health/accidental insurance with full international coverage in Spain and rest of Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of $37,000
  • Notarized letter of employment in the US (with salary and dates of employment). If self employed provide a business license and tax return. If unemployed, proof and source of steady income

  • Employer's statement about business or trade relationship with company in Spain, and professional purpose of applicants trip
  • Valid health/accidential insurance with full interntational coverage in Spain and rest of Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of $37,000
  • Notarized letter of employment in the US (with salary and dates of employment). If self-employed, provide business license and tax return
