Shopping in Luxor is a great experience in itself. Luxor which is more like that of a large village is vibrant with shops and cafes and restaurants that are present in great numbers all throughout Luxor.

All the stalls have an excellent collection of books and they are of fair prices. The Fair Trade Center is a nice place to shop in addition to the small shops stationed near the banks of the rive Nile. The Oriental Market though less visited by tourists is a nice pace to fulfill all your shopping inquisitiveness.
